This thing is great. I have a small yard full of nasty grass and weeds. When I first moved here I thought I could mow it with a reel mower. Ha! Eventually I wised up and when I did I wanted something sturdy well-built easy to use and quiet. This is it. I get two full mows out of each charge. I bought mine from another vendor; the price was the same everywhere but the other place had it in stock at a time when Amazon didn't. It comes packaged in an intelligently designed box and is almost ready to go. The instruction manual is like every other instruction manual hard to deal with but the thing itself is logical and easy to figure out. I haven't had to contact customer service and I notice some complaints here are about that but I can't speak to that issue. I am a huge fan of this mower.
