I've had the corded version of this mower for two summers and I liked it but the cord restricted the varied mowing patterns I like to use on my lawn. I have several removable battery powered B&D lawn tools and tried to write them to suggest a battery powered mower on which you could interchange batteries should the first one weaken but I could never find how to contact them about this. Then this spring they came out with what I was hoping for. I bought one immediately through Amazon and it arrived within several days. Great service Amazon! I have used the mower several times and am very impressed and pleased with it. It cuts well and the battery life has remained strong for the job. My only hope is that they reduce the price on the battery so I can purchase a spare if I should find I need one.
